As General Manager, you will lead the residence team, drive operations, and shape a resident-centric culture, while delivering strong commercial and financial results.

Fluent English is required; Portuguese language skills are highly valued, and experience in luxury hospitality or serviced

YOUR ROLE

As General Manager, you will have a key leadership role in the operation, responsible for:

• Leading and developing the residence team
• Ensuring exceptional resident experience and service standards
• Managing daily operations and operational performance
• Driving commercial and financial results
• Building a strong service culture and resident community
• Developing partnerships and business opportunities
• Representing the brand and its values

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A hospitality leader with:

• Proven experience in Hotel, Residence or Luxury Hospitality Management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercial and financial acumen
• A passion for premium guest/resident experiences
• International mindset and excellent communication skills
• Fluent English; Portuguese is highly valued
• Experience in luxury hospitality, serviced residences, student accommodation or similar concepts will be highly valued
