TFY, a UK-based AI-driven workforce platform, seeks an operational powerhouse to become General Manager. You will own the divisional P&L, drive cross-functional execution, and lead scalable growth initiatives across global markets.

You will apply VC-backed growth playbooks with disciplined operations, building sales and marketing engines, and coordinating Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Product around strategic milestones. This role blends autonomy with high-impact collaboration.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in senior leadership roles (GM, VP of Operations, VP of Growth) in SaaS/Fintech/HR tech.
• VC-backed scale-up background with hyper-growth experience.
• Deep growth marketing expertise across multi-channel, community-driven strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day operations and divisional performance, driving revenue growth and margins.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Product to meet OKRs.
• Develop budgets, allocate capital, and manage ROI to sustain high-margin growth.
• Scale organic acquisition channels and build high-performing sales/marketing engines.
