Convatec is seeking an accounting professional to perform selected accounting and reporting tasks in the general ledger area. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting for assigned entities.

Hybrid working with one office day per week, and a focus on collaboration, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. Strong English communication and a Bachelor/Master's in Finance/Accounting are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of combined accounting and finance experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Perform assigned accounting and reporting activities in line with defined processes and deadlines, SOPs and work instructions.
• Update process documentation as required.
• Respond to finance queries from employees, managers, finance partners and other stakeholders.
• Escalate issues to (Senior) Country Accountant or RTR Team Lead.
• Be a team player and build good relationships with stakeholders.
• Support cross-process and cross-functional cooperation to achieve GBS goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legislation.
• Identify improvement areas and participate in implementations.
