Unilabs in Porto seeks a detail-oriented General Ledger Accountant to join our Finance Team. You will maintain the general ledger, post journals, and support monthly closings in a multinational environment. You will collaborate with AP/AR/Tax teams and ensure IFRS compliance while contributing to audits.

Proficiency in D365, Tagetik, and CEGID is expected, with strong Excel skills and fluent English. This hybrid Porto role offers growth within a global diagnostics leader.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 2–5 years proven experience in General Ledger or similar accounting roles in multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and experience in reporting (1–3 years).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (CEGID; TAGETIK; D365).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (D365 mandatory; Tagetik preferred; CEGID a plus).
• Attention to detail and a proactive, autonomous, team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate records in the General Ledger and ensure timely posting of all transactions.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and adjustments.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing processes with tight deadlines.
• Support preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local standards.
• Support internal and external audits requests.
