Eurofins Scientific is seeking a General Ledger and Reporting Team Leader to guide a dedicated ledger team in a growing SSC environment. This full-time role combines people leadership with process improvement, ensuring service delivery against SLAs and KPIs while maintaining high-quality financial reporting.

You will coach performance, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with multiple departments, and support transition projects.

Qualificações

• Experience in managing teams in a BPO/SSC environment, preferably in the general ledger area.
• Experience in managing performance against Service Level Agreements.
• Experience in managing relations with customers (internal or external).
• Openness to changes, continuous improvement mindset, proactive problem solving.
• Flexibility to balance a variety of tasks and priorities.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• High energy, drive and passion for the role.
• Master’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a general ledger team to ensure service delivery per SLAs and quality standards.
• Monitor and report team and process performance against objectives and KPIs.
• Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and support employee development.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvement projects.
• Promote a continuous improvement culture and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Cooperate with various Eurofins departments and manage stakeholder relations.
• Create a friendly working environment to attract and retain talent.
• Support transition projects and other duties as required.
