Job summary

MAN Global Business Services Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a strategic professional to shape the GBS strategy and support its growth and governance. Based in Lisbon, you will report to the Head of Strategy & Performance Management in Munich, driving cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Global Process Ownership, and Strategy & Performance Management.

You will develop business cases, engage senior leaders, and craft executive-ready materials to influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field.
3–5 years of professional experience in a Shared Services/GBS environment or Consultancy/Big4.
Proven experience in business development or strategy within a multinational context.
Good understanding of end-to-end processes and service delivery models in a GBS environment is advantageous.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine the GBS strategy with alignment across the organization.
Facilitate board meetings and governance within the PMO scope.
Steer financial aspects of the GBS ramp-up in collaboration with transformation PMO.
Conduct feasibility studies and build business cases for scope expansions.
Position GBS as the preferred partner in responding to internal RFps.
