Job summary

Groupe Sii in Lisbon, Portugal, is looking for a Business Manager to join its growing commercial team. You will blend business development, recruitment, and people management to drive the SII project in Portugal, building strong client relationships and leading a small team.

The role combines strategic account management with hands-on recruitment activities. The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree, be fluent in Portuguese and English, and demonstrate early sales and recruitment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Business School or Engineering School).
• Excellent command of Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Initial experience in sales and recruitment.
• Strong listening and organizational skills.
• Dynamic, rigorous, ambitious, and responsive.

• Develop and manage client portfolio to maximize growth and profitability.
