TP is seeking a German-speaking Technical Support specialist in Portugal. You will handle customer issues by phone and email, advocate for customers, and deliver creative solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 1 year minimum experience in Technical Support.
• Fluent written and oral German (C2) and English (B2).
• Customer-oriented with strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team spirit.
• Creative problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.

What you’ll need

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2);
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
• Experience in Technical Support (1 year minimum);
• Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Ability to solve technical issues creatively;
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers;
• Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective.
