Job summary

Olivia Lisboa is seeking an experienced Front Office Receptionist to join our luxury hotel project in Lisbon. You will be one of the faces of Olivia Lisboa, delivering a personalised, warm check-in/check-out experience and guiding guests through their stay.

As part of the Front Office team, you will anticipate guests' needs, build genuine connections and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is essential.
• Spanish or additional languages are advantageous.

Your role

As part of our Front Office team, you will be one of the faces of Olivia Lisboa and an essential part of the guest journey.

You will:

• Welcome and engage with guests in a warm, professional and personalised manner.
• Deliver a seamless experience throughout the entire guest journey, from arrival to departure.
• Handle check-in and check-out with efficiency, discretion and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest preferences and needs, offering thoughtful and personalised solutions.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and create memorable moments.
• Handle requests, feedback and challenging situations with confidence and professionalism.
• Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling and personalised recommendations.
• Represent Olivia’s standards of service excellence, elegance and hospitality at every interaction.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a Front Office position within a 4-star Superior or 5-star hotel is essential.
• Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality will be highly valued.
• A genuine passion for guest service and hospitality.
• Fluent or advanced English.
• Spanish and/or additional languages will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A natural ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Discretion, elegance, professionalism and attention to detail.
