Formación

• 1-3 years of experience as a front office supervisor or similar hospitality role.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards.
• Confident, warm and great with people.
• Quick on your feet with strong problem-solving in the moment.
• Calm, steady presence during busy periods.
• Enjoy guiding others and lifting the team.
• Comfortable with modern hotel systems and eager to learn new tools.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a big plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily front desk operations and guide the team during shifts.
• Coach, support, and motivate Front Office Hosts in the moment.
• Welcome guests, handle requests, and turn moments into great stays.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other teams to keep operations smooth.
• Manage bookings, room availability, payments, and other admin tasks.
• Spot opportunities to upsell rooms and local experiences.
• Share guest feedback and ideas to elevate service.
• Onboard new team members and foster a fun, supportive vibe.
