Tivoli Hotels & Resorts in Lisbon is seeking a Receptionist to welcome guests and manage check-in/out with a focus on memorable stays. You will coordinate room allocations, communicate guest requests to departments, and promote hotel services and the DISCOVERY loyalty program.

Fluency in English and local language is required. Previous Front Office experience and knowledge of hotel systems are highly valued; candidates should be team players who thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualificações

• Attending guests' needs at check-in/check-out with courtesy and professionalism.
• Knowledge of hotel products, services, promotions and VIP events.
• Ability to respond to guest requests and coordinate with other departments.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and complete check-in for all guests and groups.
• Manage room allocations based on guest characteristics (VIPs, traditional, new customers).
• Inform front office/management of guest requests, inquiries, complaints, and suggestions.
