Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and identify suitable solutions promptly.
• Manage customer concerns and escalate complex cases when required.
• Process booking changes, cancellations, extensions and other service-related requests.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with rental branches to investigate issues and ensure resolution.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, accuracy and productivity.
• Participate in ongoing training on vehicle categories, rental options, and guidelines

As a Customer Specialist for a Car Rental Project, you will assist customers at every stage of their rental experience, ensuring they receive reliable information and effective support for their booking and service-related needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused support through phone calls, emails, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Respond to questions regarding reservations, vehicle availability, rental conditions, payment procedures, and pick-up and return arrangements.
• Provide accurate, easy-to-understand information in line with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Assess customer needs and identify suitable solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage customer concerns and complaints professionally, referring more complex cases to the appropriate departments when required.
• Process requests involving booking changes, cancellations, rental extensions, and other service-related matters.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in the relevant internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams and rental branches to investigate issues and ensure effective resolution.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service quality, accuracy, and productivity.
• Participate in ongoing training to remain informed about vehicle categories, rental options, booking procedures, and company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
