Hiring International is seeking a French-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our international team in Portugal. This fully remote role allows you to work from Porto or Lisbon, with quarterly Porto office visits.

You will provide technical assistance in French, troubleshoot issues, document incidents and collaborate with global colleagues to ensure excellent customer service. Basic SQL knowledge and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Native-level or C2 French proficiency.

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Previous experience in technical customer support or IT helpdesk is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

About The Role

In this role, you will provide technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience through effective and professional communication.

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in Porto or Lisbon, with the flexibility to work from home and visit the Porto office once every three months.

Your Responsibilities

Requirements

• Native-level or C2 French

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be based in Portugal, preferably in the Porto or Lisbon area
• Willingness to visit the Porto office once every 3 months

SQL Knowledge

You don't need to be an SQL expert. Basic SQL knowledge is sufficient, but you should be comfortable understanding simple queries and working with databases.
