Bouygues Telecom – Porto-based Customer Support Advisor role for French speakers. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat with billing questions, plan explanations, and service issues, delivering friendly, solution-focused care.

Qualificações

• French language proficiency at native or C2 level.
• Resident in the Porto area (commutable to the office).
• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Willing to work rotating shifts Monday to Saturday (7 AM – 7 PM).

Responsabilidades

• Subscription & Billing: helping customers understand plans and invoices.
• Technical Troubleshooting: resolving connectivity and service issues.
• Customer Care: welcoming customers and providing personalized solutions.
