CBTalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related service project based in Portugal. The role is remote within Portugal, with relocation support for candidates outside Portugal.

You will assist French-speaking customers, respond to questions, guide through simple technical issues, and record cases while delivering a positive experience. Fluent in French and English, you should be customer-focused and comfortable with learning new systems.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not mandatory
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
