Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal. The role is remote within Portugal and relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

You will assist French-speaking customers, answer questions, guide them through simple technical issues, and ensure a smooth, positive experience. Fluency in French and English is required, with a friendly, patient, and detail-oriented approach.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Previous customer service experience welcome but not required.
• Sales experience a plus, but not required.
