Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related project based in Portugal. You will assist French-speaking customers, answer questions, and guide them through simple technical issues to ensure a smooth experience.

The role is remote within Portugal, with relocation support for eligible candidates. You’ll work in an international, multicultural environment and respond in French and English while recording cases accurately.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not mandatory.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
