Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal. The role is remote within Portugal, and relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

You will assist French-speaking customers, answer questions, guide them through simple technical issues, and ensure a smooth and positive experience while recording cases and following up as needed.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English.
• Customer service experience welcome but not mandatory.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
