Cross Border Talents is seeking a customer support specialist to respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat from Braga to Coimbra. You will assist customers with product information, order issues, and general inquiries, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

The ideal candidate is fluent in French (C2) and English (B2+) with strong problem-solving abilities and empathy, and can work remotely across Portugal.
