Cross Border Talents is seeking a Junior French-speaking Customer Support representative in Lisbon to assist French-speaking customers by phone, email and chat. You will handle inquiries about products and services, update customer accounts, and escalate issues when needed.

The role offers training and development in a dynamic environment, with flexible early and night rotations to meet business needs. Previous CS experience is a plus and English at B2 level is required for internal

Qualificações

• Proficient in French language for customer interactions.
• Strong command of English (B2) for internal communication.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy with customer support tools and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to products, services, and accounts in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when necessary to appropriate departments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries and maintaining effective communication.
• Accurately update and manage customer accounts and interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with team members and management to maintain a high standard of customer care.
• Work flexible hours, including early and night shifts, with consecutive days off whenever possible.
