Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join on-site support. You will assist customers, understand needs, and provide friendly, professional solutions.

We value clear communication and a customer-first mindset. Candidates must live near Porto and be available Monday through Saturday within 7:00–19:00. Relocation help is not provided, but an international environment and growth opportunities await.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented French speakers to join a customer support team.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Assist customers and respond to their enquiries.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Deliver friendly, personalized, and professional customer experiences.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and team performance.
• Represent the company positively through effective communication.

Previous customer service experience is welcome but not essential. Candidates from different professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
