Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our Porto team on site. The role focuses on assisting customers, understanding needs, and delivering friendly, professional service in a multilingual environment.

Based in Porto, the candidate must live within 30 km of the location. The position offers bonuses and an international work setting with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented French speakers to join a customer support team.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Assist customers and respond to their enquiries.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Deliver friendly, personalized, and professional customer experiences.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and team performance.
• Represent the company positively through effective communication.

Previous customer service experience is welcome but not essential. Candidates from different professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
