Bcrecruitment in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring a Customer Advisor to support a leading international beauty-brand. You will handle French contacts by phone, email and live chat, delivering accurate answers and building trust with customers.

The role is on-site, full-time, for a 6-month contract starting 8 Oct, with a starting salary of €930 gross per month (14 salaries per year) plus a monthly bonus up to €100, plus meal allowance and private health insurance. Relocation support is available.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native French (C2) and fluent English (B2+), spoken and written.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a customer-support / BPO environment.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer contacts in French by phone, email and live chat
• Understand each customer's need and give accurate, complete answers using the right tools
• Build trust through clear, friendly and professional communication
• Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems
• Contribute to your team's quality, productivity and customer-satisfaction targets
