ALTEN is building a Center in Porto to provide administrative and financial support to European subsidiaries. We seek a Subcontracting administrative technician French speaker to manage supplier/subcontractor portfolios from start to finish with daily collaboration with Business Managers and legal teams.

You will start new supplier onboarding in SAP, handle invoices, maintain contracts and costs, and serve as main liaison for subcontractors. Excel proficiency and SAP knowledge are valued.

Qualificações

• With a 2 or 3-year degree specialising in administration or management, you will ideally have some initial experience in subcontracting, purchasing or accounting.
• Fluent in French.
• You are rigorous, organised and curious. Team spirit is important to you.
• You'll be able to take the initiative, be proactive and have good interpersonal skills.
• You have a good command of Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP is an additional asset.

Responsabilidades

• Taking care of the start-up of a new supplier/subcontractor (referencing in SAP, creating the personnel number, sending the purchase order, issuing the contract).
• Receive invoices and enter subcontractor activity reports; Collect, check and update legal documents.
• Be the main contact for suppliers and subcontractors to answer their questions and needs.
• To be the guarantor of costs in the system, and to be able to answer the various questions about costs generated by subcontractors.
