ALTEN Porto is seeking a Procurement administrative technician French speaker to join our European Center. You will play a key role in managing procurement processes within SAP and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.

You will be responsible for processing requests, handling purchase orders, and monitoring invoices while contributing to best practices in procurement. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Experience in procurement or similar role.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Process purchase requests submitted by operational teams.
• Manage purchase orders in SAP from request creation through to receipt confirmation.
• Follow up on purchase orders with requesters, buyers, and suppliers.
• Provide support to users and promote procurement best practices.
• Coordinate accounting closing activities with the Accounting Department.
• Ensure the smooth operation of procurement activities, including follow-up with stakeholders and invoice monitoring.
• Handle workflows and resolve invoicing disputes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools.
