ALTEN, a multinational group, is building a Porto center to provide administrative and financial support to European subsidiaries. We seek an Expenses administrative technician French speaker for a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026.

You will manage consultants' expenses, process claims, validate data, and collaborate with managers in a dynamic finance team. Profile: Bachelor’s degree, junior experience in administrative management, strong French, English appreciated, SAP knowledge a

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in administrative management or related field.
• Some initial experience or significant work placement in administrative management.
• Good level of French; English knowledge appreciated.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage consultants' expenses.
• Process expense claims by deadlines with receipts and distance.
• Check claims against activity for month M and travel requests.
• Validate 'To be authorised' claims and follow up with managers.
• Ensure employees enter information into the portal and correct as needed.
• Validate data accuracy and consistency submitted by employee and manager.
• Process advances of expenses and manage recovery.
• Alert the N+1 in case of difficulties with employees and managers.
