ALTEN, a multinational group, is building a Porto center to provide administrative and financial support to European subsidiaries. We are seeking a Financial Controller who speaks French.

You will monitor monthly reporting, consolidate group subsidiaries, analyze variances, and prepare quarterly restitution statements for management. The role requires a BSc/MSc in management, 3–4 years in controlling, fluent French and good English, and strong Excel; SAP BPC knowledge is a plus.

Qualificações

• Holds a BSc or MSc in management or a related field.
• Fluent in French and good level of English.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in a controlling or financial position.
• Recognized for interpersonal skills, dynamism, and strong team spirit.
• Rigorous, organized, and responsive; understands business and operational issues.
• Adaptable and autonomous with good facilitation, organization and priority management.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor monthly financial reporting and business indicators across subsidiaries.
• Establish management consolidation of group subsidiaries (P&L and headcount).
• Analyze financial elements with variance analyses and comments.
• Prepare reports for Group Management and restitution statements for quarterly financial communication.
• Ensure reconciliation between statutory and management consolidation data.
• Participate in cross-functional projects (budget modeling, Group Management Control).
