ALTEN Portugal Porto center is seeking a Subcontracting Administrative Technician who speaks French to support European subsidiaries. You will manage supplier/subcontractor portfolios from start to finish, coordinate with Business Managers, accounts, legal and sales, and ensure procurement processes run smoothly.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and organizational skills, knowledge of SAP or ERP systems, and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• Experience in a similar procurement/administrative role.
• Knowledge of procurement processes.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Process purchase requests submitted by operational teams.
• Manage purchase orders in SAP from request creation through to receipt confirmation.
• Follow up on purchase orders with requesters, buyers, and suppliers.
• Provide support to users and promote procurement best practices.
• Coordinate accounting closing activities with the Accounting Department.
• Ensure the smooth operation of procurement activities, including follow-up with stakeholders and invoice monitoring.
• Handle workflows and resolve invoicing disputes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools.
