Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Support invoice processing, payment allocation, and customer account updates.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-ups.
• Review financial documents and verify customer account information.
• Assist with account reconciliations and investigate basic billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and account-related queries.
• Follow established financial procedures and internal controls.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate complex cases to seniors.
• Meet KPIs related to accuracy and productivity.
• Participate in training to learn finance systems and O2C processes.
