Thales in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an HR generalist to join our HR Shared Service Center. The role supports employees and managers across countries, with French language skills required to support HR activities for France.

You will handle onboarding, data accuracy, HR letters, and projects to improve our processes. The ideal candidate has an HR/Management background or hands-on HR experience, strong communication, and a proactive, structured approach.

Qualificações

• A degree in HR, Management or a related area.
• Fluency in French is mandatory to support HR operations for France.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to bring structure.
• Enjoy working with people from different cultures.
• Adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Confidence using Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.

What you bring with you

• A degree in HR, Management or a related area - or hands-on experience that proves your skills
• Fluency in French is mandatory for this position and will be used exclusively to support HR operations for France**.
