Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a HR Admin - Time Management (French Speaker) to join the Time Management team within the Hire to Retire (H2R) structure. You will handle sickness certificates, attendance corrections in SAP and support payroll-related data flows.

The role requires fluent French and English, experience in administrative functions and familiarity with Workday, SAP and ServiceNow. A hybrid working model and a modern office near public transport are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or similar (preferred).
• Fluency in French and English required.
• Experience in administrative functions required.
• Experience in SSC/GBS environments preferred.
• Experience with Workday, SAP, ServiceNow and Excel/Sheets preferred.
• Experience developing SOPs and training materials for newcomers.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process sickness certificates and analyze absence types.
• Register sick leave in SAP and ensure GDPR-compliant archiving.
• Manage time warnings by extracting SAP reports and notifying staff and managers.
• Support employees and managers to correct attendance and absence anomalies in SAP.
• Handle global mobility absences and country holidays in SAP.
