Adecco Recursos Humanos is seeking an HR Administrator - Personnel Administration (French Speaker) to join our Reward Operations Team in Portugal. The role focuses on personnel administration, time management, and compensation & benefits processes.

You will work in a hybrid environment supporting HR data in systems like Workday, preparing certificates, and assisting payroll controls with strong French and English communication.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English.
• Previous administrative experience.
• Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow is a plus.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain accurate employee data within Workday and HR systems.
• Prepare employment certificates and support HR administration processes.
• Coordinate and administer the Long Service Award programme.
• Prepare reports and documentation to support payroll processes.
• Provide support to employees through email and ticketing platforms.
• Review and validate transportation and mileage reimbursement claims.
• Support payroll controls and ensure data accuracy before payroll closure.
• Manage employee requests and incidents through ServiceNow.
