Airbus Portugal SA is seeking an HR Admin - Personnel Administration (French Speaker) on a temporary basis to join the Reward Operations team. The role centers on Hire to Retire processes and ensuring data quality in HR systems.

You will manage personnel data, support payroll data preparation for temporary staff, and handle employee inquiries via ServiceNow or email, contributing to compliant HR administration across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or similar preferred.
• Mandatory fluency in French and English.
• Experience in administrative functions (mandatory).
• Experience in SSC/GBS environments preferred.
• Experience with Workday, SAP, ServiceNow & Excel/GSheets preferred.
• Experience developing SOPs and training materials for newcomers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage personnel data and HR administration processes.
• Interface HR data into HR databases and payroll systems.
• Support DPAE and long service award administration.
• Handle employee requests via mailbox or ticketing tool.
• Assist with monthly payroll data for temporary staff.
