Lingonova in Braga, Portugal, is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist for a 6-month on-site contract. You will assist French-speaking clients with loan inquiries and financing options, ensuring accurate information and regulatory compliance.

The role requires native or near-native French, strong communication and relationship-building, and a willingness to work in shifts from early morning to early evening, including Saturdays.

Qualificações

• Native or C2-level fluency in French.
• Must live in or very near Braga, Portugal (On-site requirement).
• Strong interpersonal skills and active listening capabilities.
• Rigor, integrity, and attention to detail when handling customer data and financial files.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound phone inquiries from French clients concerning active credit accounts and new loan applications.
• Analyze individual financial project needs and guide customers toward personalized financing options.

• Capitalize on cross-selling and commercial opportunities during customer interactions.
