Cross Border Talents in Portugal seeks a French-speaking Finance Customer Support agent to join a multilingual team. You will handle inquiries in French via phone, chat, and email, ensuring high-quality service.

The role requires French fluency (native or C1/C2), EU work eligibility, strong communication, and willingness to work rotating shifts. Training is provided and a relocation package is offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (native or C1/C2) required.
• EU citizenship or valid EU work permit or refugee protection status.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for rotating shifts (Mon-Fri + occasional weekends).
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in French.
• Provide accurate, professional, and empathetic support.
• Follow client guidelines and quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
