Cross Border Talents in Guimarães, Portugal, is hiring a French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist in the energy sector. You will handle calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver professional advice in French while working on an international energy project.

On-site initially with potential for remote work after 3–4 months; 40-hour weeks; training paid. Includes a €100 monthly productivity bonus for six months and a €126 meal allowance per month.

Qualifications

• French level C1/C2 – mandatory.
• Good computer and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and proactive attitude.
• Previous customer service, sales, or call centre experience is an advantage.
• Must currently reside in Portugal.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
