Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good command of English.
• 1 year experience in BPO or Tech Support is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide after-sales and technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist users with repair inquiries and troubleshooting for drone products.
• Handle complaints empathetically and resolve issues to ensure high-quality experience.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve processes and collaborate with the team.
