Adecco Portugal seeks a French-speaking Customer Experience Associate to join our Lisbon team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, provide product information and resolve issues in a dynamic, international environment.

The role offers relocation support to Portugal, full training, and opportunities for career growth within a global network. Fluency in French and strong English communication are required.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2).
• Good English communication skills (B2).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Portugal.
• European Passport; no sponsorship provided.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.
