Besthire in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to handle customer inquiries by phone, email and chat, and to keep accurate records of each interaction. The role is on-site with relocation support for moving from abroad.

You will receive full training, ongoing coaching from your team lead, and clear opportunities for career progression within a multilingual, supportive team.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and comfortable working in English on a day-to-day basis.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential; full training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer questions by phone, email and chat.
