French-Speaking Customer Service Representative

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Start Date: 19 October 2026

Basic Salary: €970 per month + performance Bonus: Up to €120 per month based on KPIs, applicable from the fourth month onwards

Meal Allowance: €8.50 per worked day

We are looking for talented French-speaking candidates to join our customer service team in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting PMU customers with betting-related enquiries.

We are seeking candidates with native-level or near-native proficiency in Metropolitan French, ideally with a Parisian French accent and pronunciation, who can communicate naturally, confidently and professionally with customers in the target market.

Salary and Benefits

• Basic Salary: €970 per month
• Performance Bonus: Up to €120 per month based on KPIs, applicable from the fourth month onwards
• Meal Allowance: €8.50 per worked day
• Christmas Bonus: Equivalent to one month's basic salary
• Holiday Bonus: Equivalent to one month's basic salary

Relocation Assistance

• Travel ticket reimbursement of up to €200 after three months, upon submission of a valid receipt.
• Accommodation support of €360 per month for the first three months, reimbursed at the end of each month.
• Assistance with temporary accommodation during the first few weeks and support in finding permanent accommodation.

• Deliver accurate, clear and professional responses to customer enquiries.
• Identify and elevate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Adapt prepared response templates to provide personalized and helpful customer communications.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Native-level or near-native Metropolitan French proficiency (C2 level).
• Ideally, a Parisian French accent and pronunciation.
• Excellent spoken and written French communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
