CloserHire is partnering with a global technology company to hire a Customer Delight Representative for the Ukrainian market in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support SMBs using the platform, handling live chat, emails, and calls to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.

The role requires Ukrainian (C2) and English (B2), strong communication, and flexibility for rotating shifts including weekends. Full-time with relocation and accommodation provided, based in Lisbon area.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Ukrainian (C2) and proficiency in English (B2).
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Experience in customer service or client support roles is an advantage.
• Flexible availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends.

• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using a global social media platform and Instagram ads products
• Assist clients through various communication channels, including live chat, emails, and outbound phone calls
• Resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and offer troubleshooting assistance to advertisers
• Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients
• Provide product and tool support to enhance clients' advertising experience

Your Profile
