CloserHire partners with a global technology company to recruit a Customer Delight Representative for the French market in Lisbon, Portugal. This full-time role offers a comprehensive training program and health insurance from day one, helping you grow with a multinational team.

You will support SMEs using Facebook and Instagram ads, assist clients through live chat, emails, and outbound calls, and resolve issues to boost satisfaction with a customer‑focused approach.

Qualificações

• Fluency in French (C2) and English (B2).
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Flexible availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using Facebook and Instagram ads products.
• Assist clients through live chat, emails, and outbound phone calls.
• Resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and offer troubleshooting assistance.
