Cross Border Talents is hiring French-speaking Customer Advisors to join on-site teams in Braga and Aveiro, Portugal. You will handle inquiries about credit products, assess financing requests, and deliver tailored financial solutions for a major international brand.

Requirements include native or C2-level French, sales experience or a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure in a team. Local candidates only, no relocation provisions.

Qualifications

• Native or C2-level proficiency in French.
• Experience in sales or a strong commercial mindset.
• Previous contact centre or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Resilience, adaptability and teamwork under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries by phone regarding credit products and financing requests.
• Assess customer needs and propose tailored financing solutions.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities through interactions.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with high standards.
• Manage customer accounts and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
