Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Creator to join a French-speaking team. You will be the first point of contact when issues arise, and your patient, clear communication helps customers get sorted quickly.

Work on-site with relocation support offered directly by the employer. Responsibilities include staying calm with frustrated customers, addressing questions by phone, chat, or email, and flagging recurring problems for root-cause fixes.

Qualificações

• Fluent French, written and spoken.
• Clear, professional communication style.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn internal systems.
• Some customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated.
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source.
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email.
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit.
