Qualificações

• High level of French (written and oral)
• Fluent in English (B2)

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
• Support customers in managing reservations, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
• Answer questions about car rental bookings and options; provide additional information to meet needs.
• Gather information from new customers and enter it into the platform.
• Process and promptly respond to contact requests.
• Contribute to building engagement with our client’s brand.
