The role collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Procurement and suppliers to deliver high-quality proposals on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical-commercial proposal preparation and quotation management.
• Engineering background enabling translation of requirements into feasible proposals.
• Fluency in French is mandatory; good English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements, specs, and tender docs to define scope and implications.
• Identify gaps, exclusions, assumptions, risks, and clarifications.
• Translate needs into clearly defined proposal scope aligned with Building Automation.
• Support technical solutions in collaboration with Engineering and Sales.
• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposal documentation and cost estimates.
• Ensure consistency between solution, scope, costs, assumptions, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Contribute to process improvements of quotation templates and tools.
