Siemens Global Business Services is seeking a technically skilled professional to support the Building Automation quotations process in a hybrid role. You will translate customer requirements into feasible proposals, coordinate with Engineering and Sales, and develop cost estimates for high-quality technical and commercial offers.

Fluency in French is mandatory, English is a plus. The role offers a hybrid model with opportunities for growth and learning within the Siemens GBS framework in Europe.

Competenze

• Engineering background enabling translation of complex requirements into clear proposals.
• Fluency in French; good command of English preferred.
• Experience in technical-commercial proposal preparation or sales support.
• Ability to interpret tender documentation and customer requirements.
• Understanding of costing, pricing, and commercial proposal processes.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Identify scope gaps, assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, and risks.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.

• Analyze customer requirements, tender docs, and scope to define deliverables.
• Translate needs into clearly defined proposal scopes for Building Automation.
• Define technical solutions with Engineering and Sales input.
• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposal documentation.
• Develop cost estimates, pricing inputs, quantities for quotations.
• Ensure consistency between solution, costs, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate inputs from Sales, Engineering, Projects, Procurement, and suppliers.
• Highlight risks and contribute to process improvements for quotations.
