Boeva Tech in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist for a 6-month on-site role on a major digital/e-commerce project. You will review content against policies, make guideline-based decisions, and work within a multinational team to ensure quality and safe user experiences.

Candidates should be native or fluent in French and have strong English, with attention to detail and the ability to handle rotational shifts in a 24/7 operation.

• Identifying potential policy, quality or safety issues and escalating them when required
• Maintaining high accuracy with large volumes of content
• Supporting quality and safety standards across an international e-commerce environment
• Handling peak workloads during promotions and seasonal periods
• Maintaining confidentiality and following project, security and operational procedures
• Contributing to a high-quality customer and user experience through careful decision-making
