CB Talents SP in Lisbon is seeking a French & English Customer Service & AI Content Specialist to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI outputs in both languages, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This on-site role requires a 24/7 rotational schedule and strict adherence to guidelines.

The position offers a base salary of €930 gross per month, a €200 complexity bonus, accommodation support of €280 per month for up to 12 months, and a comprehensive relocation package for those moving to Lisbon.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Join our team in vibrant Lisbon as an AI Customer Support Specialist! You will play a vital role in evaluating, annotating, and improving AI-generated content in French and English, ensuring accurate, high-quality, and compliant outputs.

Salary & Financial Package

• Base Salary: €930 gross per month (paid over 14 months)
• Complexity Bonus: €200 per month (paid over 11 months)
• Accommodation Support: Shared apartment option provided with utilities included (€280 per month deducted directly from payslip for up to 12 months)
• Relocation Package: Comprehensive relocation support provided for candidates moving to Lisbon

Work Schedule & Attendance

• Model: Full-time, on-site in Lisbon
• Shifts: Rotational 24/7 schedule (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotative days off per week
• Leave Notice: No planned vacations allowed during the first 6 months of employment
