CB Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a French & English Customer Service & AI Content Specialist to evaluate, label, and improve AI outputs in two languages. This on-site role combines language quality checks with practical feedback to help our AI models perform reliably in real-world contexts.

You will work a 24/7 rotational schedule, participate in on-site collaborations, and support content quality while ensuring data security and compliance.

Qualificações

• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts on-site in Lisbon.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to follow strict quality, safety and data security guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review, label, and annotate French and English text and AI model outputs using detailed guidelines.
• Assess AI responses for quality, accuracy, relevance, safety, and policy compliance.
• Identify edge cases, errors, and inconsistencies to provide actionable feedback for model improvement.
• Apply complex annotation guidelines consistently across diverse content types.
• Maintain data security, confidentiality, and high-quality standards under target deadlines.
